I build small, honest tools — things that gather messy data from the web, work out what it is actually worth, and then show their reasoning rather than just a number. Most of them exist because I wanted the answer myself.
Every used bike on bigmoto.co.uk, scored against the live Auto Trader and MCN markets — with the evidence, the uncertainty and the false-positive guards shown rather than hidden. Scans itself on a schedule.
Every men's deal on sportspursuit.com, ranked by what it is actually worth: the real discount, the cash saved, whether the price has ever been lower, and whether your size is genuinely in stock. Records a snapshot of each scan and exports the history as CSV.
A private two-person diary and review app for hill walks, gigs, evenings out, restaurants and venues — with photos, map pins, and a separate 1–5 star rating and review from each of us. Installs as an app and works offline.
A self-hosted ICT service desk, built around the work a council IT team actually gets: school Wi-Fi faults, asset links, department and team routing, SLA timers, and a plain portal for staff — without renting the whole thing back as SaaS. Tickets, assets/CMDB, changes, knowledge, approvals and reporting in one app. This one is a live demo: the demo accounts are listed on its login page, and there is nothing to sign up for.
